When it comes to properly putting together service level agreements (SLAs), it's incredibly helpful to have data on your technician's time, so you can come up with an appropriate utilization rate for your tech's work. 

 

The Billable Percentage per Tech helps you see how much of each tech's actual working time is considered billable, enabling you to track how efficiently your team members are using their time.
