We’re thrilled to announce Deep Linking as the latest feature to the BrightGauge platform!
With Deep Linking, our users now have the ability to click certain fields which have been hyperlinked to drill directly through to the original datasource (Connectwise, Connectwise API, Labtech, & Autotask). For example, when clicking on a ticket number, users can now link directly back into Connectwise:

We’ve always celebrated our ability to push our customers’ data to them, but now with deep linking we’re excited to give our community access to dive into more detail with just a simple click. Now there’s no more fumbling for separate logins when it’s time to go into an active ticket and email the resource involved or get more detail - just click and go!
